PoolStats helps you log matches and drills, track goals, review history, and monitor progress with CloudKit-backed sync and watch support. This page is the public support URL for the app.

Quick fixes

  • If your sessions do not appear right away, open the app again and give CloudKit a moment to sync.
  • If history looks stale, check the sync status chip in History and confirm iCloud is available on the device.
  • If you changed language settings, relaunch the app after switching between English, Simplified Chinese, or Follow System.
  • If watch activity looks out of date, reopen the phone app so the watch and phone can exchange the latest state.

Common questions

  • Do I need an account? No. CloudKit sync uses your iCloud identity. Sign in with Apple is optional profile linking.
  • Can I log practice and matches? Yes. PoolStats supports both full match logging and drill-based practice sessions.
  • Does the app work offline? Yes. The app keeps a local cache and syncs when CloudKit becomes available again.
  • Can I share sessions? Yes. Friend, profile, and match-sharing features are optional.

Privacy and data
